    Hey, I signed up last week, having eventually gotten someone to take my credit card details Im now wondering what I need to do with the Customer Authorisation Form?
    Im presuming this will switch me over from Eircom to Smart as my Telephony Service Provider?
    I'm also assuming that I dont need to do anything with this until the broadband service becomes available to me?
    anyone clarify for me?
