With all the new upgrades of speed and potential cap increases going on now, I was wondering if people could contribute to a DSL service timeline. Examples of what DSL was charged at, in lets say 2003, and of what caps were like for said packages would be nice to have. It could help us better predict a possible cap…

With all the new upgrades of speed and potential cap increases going on now, I was wondering if people could contribute to a DSL service timeline.

Examples of what DSL was charged at, in lets say 2003, and of what caps were like for said packages would be nice to have.

It could help us better predict a possible cap increase for the various dsl bitstream providers.
