Don't think it's been on yet. IOFFL, Eircom and Smart will be on.

Nothing new or to interesting, same old eircom ****e. It took a little bit of competition from smart for eircom to get their finger out of their arse and now they say they are committed to giving their customers the best sevice they can...........a load of boll.ox.

I particularly liked the comment from Redmond regarding line fails, apparantly Eircom will do all they can to provide a service to anyone committed to ordering broadband.

Strange really, as I received a letter last month from Eircom saying I can't get broadband. They certainly didn't try to facilitate me in any way.

pft what do you think, it's all a bunch of publicity and you don't even need to listen to the radio to know what he's going to say, always the same stuff:
we want to provide the best service possible and best support to our customers, blah blah

same old drivel. Cross between , not knowing the basic terms and having to explain everything to rehashing the Eircon mantra.

ireland offline were off the ball and didnt use the prime time to deliver the killer questions

What about the sky high cost of line rental and LLU is taking FAR too Long !!

Yeah it was a good interview. Well done to JWT.
They never allow a more in depth conversation and plus they need eircom so they can tear that joke of a company apart.
I think it was a bad idea to drop the 512k service as not alot of people need a faster speed. They could have just split the service. But then again that needs an infrastructure eircom just dont have.

Well done John you came across very well ...

I missed the start - were Smart and Eircom invited ?

Who was the american fella ?
