It's on Dorset St at the North Circular Road junction.

    The one on Dorset Street??

Go to the top of O'Connell St, up the hill, second right (first right is a narrow street, second has like a 4 lanes of traffic take this right). Straight down that street (Dorset St.) and its on the right, if come to a bridge you've gone too far :p

Thats the easiest route if you're walking, can't drive that way thou heh.

Buses that take you there straight - 3, 11 (all), 13, 13A, 16(all), 40 (all), 41 (all). 122 drops you off close by and there are more, but I don't know them as well........ minimum fare from D'Olier street takes you exactly as far as you need to go.

I live nearly next to it.......... :D

    hey clarebear,
the best way if you're going from maynooth is to take the train to dundrum and when you walk out the exit/entrance turn right and it's 200m or so on your left.
ah the sundays i've spent in there on the way to Croke Park...roll on the summer

She'd be a bit far away if she went to Dundrum to be fair.

Clare, you're better off to get one of the buses mentioned above. Just ask the driver to let you know when you're near it as they'll all know it. There's a bus stop directly opposite.

I was in there once at around 11pm on a Saturday night, and it was full of underage girls in very short skirts, and underage guys in oversized Ben Sherman shirts.. Is it still like that these days?

I hope it's not like that on Patrick's Day! Friends of mine are going to Croke Park that day (Ballina versus.....Port Laoise I think) and are heading there after so there's drinking to be had.

Directions aren't my strong point. Thanks for your help everyone. :)

Nothing like a girl in a snug fitting GAA jersey.

I'll be in to the Big Tree tomorrow.

I'll second that! Except the part about actually going in to The Big Tree that is..

ClareBear - I'm sure it'll be nothing like that tomorrow :)

If a Dublin male asked this question, the flaming would be non-stop

How hard is it to look up the Golden Pages for the address and a Dublin City Map for directions?
