Are Landlords required to provide..

    I was once told that in rental accomodation, clothes washing facilities must be provided. It was ages ago i was told that and i've no idea if it's true.
    I do know that it's common to rent a flat that has no washing machine and it's quite expensive taking yer clothes to the Laundrette every week.
    Can anybody say if it's required (by EU law or whatever).

    I would say it definitely isn't required by EU law. Most apartments in Germany don't even have ANY furniture in them
