Since Sunday I've been feeling slight constipated. Sunday evening I had a lovely chicken dinner. I ate too much. Way too much. I didn't eat anything yesterday except a bowl of albran and same today. I keep getting stabbing pains in my stomach and found it hard to poo :D I tried drinking orange juice and hoped the albran would help. I woke this morning and my stomach was still slightly swollen and I keep getting pains. Drinking lots of water in the hopes it helps. AH! it hurts. Before you say go to doctor! I'm not paying 50 quid for the doctor to tell me I'm a big baby with windy pains! They are severe however and I want to eat today. I'm getting tired. I'm not eating untill I know it won't cause pain. Has anybody any solutions? I think its part constipation part wind. My digestive system is being a pain. Any solutions appriciated?

your health and wellbeing is not worth a visit to the doctor?!
