There is no need to be so rude, if i wanted a smart little ****er to answer me like the way you did i would have said this is for people who dont under stand what atheritis can do and how pain full it can get.
BUT SMALL MINDED IGNORANT THINGS LIKE YOU WOULD'NT KNOW THAT.
I hope to god your mother or father or friends dont suffer like me, cos if they ever went to you for advice they would be left waiting.
    GO GET A BRAIN !!!!!!!! :p

Hya Madison I dunno maybe this website can help
    http://www.arthritis-foundation.com/old/index.html

but I think its more info about the condition itself. Does your area have any kind of support group for people like yourself or with similar conditions?
Best of luck to you in any case

    Hi madison 1.

Have you considered going to a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist. I can't say I'm speaking from experience, but someone like that may be able to help you improve range of motion and joint mobility etc.

I'm 25 and suffer from tendonitis in my elbow joints, my back isn't the best either and I have 3 kids, so I'm with ya. I've had the tendonitis(soreness and stiffness in the joints) for nearly a year now and I've put it to the back of my mind, this isn't gonna stop me doing what I want to do, some days are bad others good so don't feel like your on your own cos you ain't. :)

I am 23 with no kids, and I was somehow lucky enough to develop bursitis in both of my hips. Has a physician confirmed that it is arthritis? If not, there are lots of conditions associated with stiff hips. Taking glucosamine and anti-inflammitories help some people, but I'd check with a doctor first. I did lots of physical therapy and I tried acupuncture too. Hope some of that might help give you some ideas. Good luck to you!

You didn't say whether this was a confirmed diagnosis or not. If not could it be Sciatica as the symtoms can be similar and it is often associated with childbirth (7 months after, herself is still half crippled but very sowly improving). Problems are compounded by lifting and carrying baby and toddler.
If it is confirmed arthritis then there are support groups out there for more than 50 years dealing with young people who suffer from arthritis. It is not unusual and I know one woman my age who has suffered with a mild form since her early teens and another woman now in her sixties who developed it in her twenties. I slows them both down a fraction but they seem to have got on with life a hell of a lot better than some of us.

my brother has a bad knee and he takes glucosamine and chondroitin and finds it great for his condition. i recommended it to a few friends who also suffer from arthritis and they all swore by it. you can get it in any healthfood shop. i know it may not be practical but if its possible you should move to a hot country as its the cold and damp which make this condition so awful.

    Hi madison 1
I'm a 23 yr old childless female with a thus far unidentified form of arthritis/something similar in all my joints. The first thing I would say is go to your doctor and get a referral to a specialist. Unfortuneately even if you go private you could be waiting up to six months, but if you can afford it (with two kids I'd imagine money's tight) then I think it would be well worth it as it's the kind of problem that could cause huge difficulties later in life.

In the meantime, try taking Glucosamine Sulphate (if your doctor thinks you'er bad enough he may give you a prescription for a higher dose than you can get off the shelf in chemists). Eating oily fish like salmon or sardines helps too (asj your fishmonger for different species so you don't get bored). A friend of my mother has recently started eating honey and she says it makes a huge difference to her joint problems (not arthritis but it may still help you). She's eating 3 jars a week, which I know is a tall order, but it might be worth a try for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference.

    Hope you get sorted out
    fozzle
