    well i am 17 and have tryed before and i got offered interviews smile.gif if you just know html and javascript u could run into some probs so learn css inside out for dhtml xml is pretty easy and cfm is a joke for a backend to learn

    Thanks,I was just looking at the various jobs going.Some of them seem to be payng a good wage.I know html ut no Java script at all

    i would doubt that a company would look for html only people unless you have a degree in something else just about anyone can learn it and with things like dreamweaver there is no real rush to get them xml is meant to be big and its pretty easy like html except you can make database out of it and cfm is really easy

    Learn XML. I was amazed to see how few companies had people who could use this easy language. One company sent all its employees to Amsterdam for a week to learn, so if you already know it'll be a boost.

    If it's a design job you want - XML and Java-Script (plus HTML obviously) are the way to go. Also, make yourself more versatile with Photoshop and or Flash.

    Thnaks for the advice lads smile.gif .I had a flick through the Irish indo and i had a bit on XML and it showed it is indeed worthwhile to have.
