    Hey,

Downloaded the full new Thrills album but it simply won't transfer to my creative zen touch.
I've downloaded a few tracks from this site and got about a 50% transfer success rate. They all have the rights to copy to a portable device so that shouldn't be a problem.
I'm having no problems with any other files ,just some from mycokemusic.com.

Anyone got any ideas? The support for this website is rubbish.

    Regards,
    Tim

I'm having the same problem. I haven't been able to transfer any tracks from mycokemusic to my mp3 player (Creative Zen Xtra.)

I've found that the downloaded tracks won't play in Winamp but they do play in the Creative Mediasource Player. When I try to transfer them, it just says there was an unknown error. I haven't had any problems transferring any other files. It even says on the website that the files are compatible with my mp3 player

I have enough labels now to download the new Doves album but I don't know if I'll bother if I can only listen to it on my computer.

Try burning them onto CD and then ripping them back onto your computer. That will eliminate any kind of copy protection, so you should have no problem copying them to your Zen.

Just thought I'd post the pretty unhelpful response I got from mycokemusic.com support
    Dear Timothy,

    Thanks for your e-mail.

Most of the tracks from our site may be transferred to a portable player.
You can check the number of permitted transfers for a particular track via
the relevant "Rights and Information" link on the site before you download
track. The number of permitted transfers is stipulated by the relevant
record label that supplies that track. To transfer tracks to a portable
player you need to make sure that your player can handle the secure wma
content that we supply. Most of our music can be played on portable players.
However, some players are not capable of supporting secure content.

Please ensure that you are using Windows Media Player alone to transfer your
tracks, as other third-party software may not fully support transfer of
    secure wma tracks.

    To transfer tracks:

Click "Portable Device" and then in the "Music to Copy" list, click the
files that you want to copy.

    For WMP 10 users:

Click the "Sync" tab, and then add tracks to transfer via "Edit Playlist".
    Click "Start Sync".

More details can be found in the help screen of your Windows Media Player.

To see an up to date list of the players that do support secure content,
    please check the link below:

    http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/devices/category.aspx?category
    id=600

The devices listed as "Music Store Friendly" support transfer of tracks from
    our site.

If you portable player is supported but is not transferring correctly, it is
possible that you need to update the player's firmware. Firmware is the
internal software of the player. Please check with the manufacturer of your
player to ensure that you have the latest version of the firmware for your
    player installed.

If you portable player is not supported and have purchased a track with
CD-burn rights, it is not illegal for you to make a copy of this track for
personal use. As far as I am aware, this would also apply to making a copy
of it from the burned CD to your portable player.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Philip Bakerian
