NCQ support on sil 3114 sata raid

Does anyone know of a driver upgrade for the sil 3114 sata raid driver to give it NCQ support? I had looked a while back but found nothing on the net and although both my hard drives are NCQ compatible neither the sil 3114 or the VIA sata raid controllers that I have seem to support it. But I just stumbled across this…

Any idea if the 3112 supports it too? that's what I have.
