    Hey all,

Talking to a girl today who had a problem: her cousin (or someone) used her phone to sign up to an SMS notification service for Celtic FC updates. It costs her 40c every time she receives one of these, and she received at least three of them during today's game. She has no clue how to stop them coming, has tried texting "stop", "cancel" etc to the originating number.

Anyone know how to make this go away? The number the texts come from is +353863810084.

STOP should be sufficient. Is ther uno unsub instruction at the end of the text.

There is a bit of a loop hole here that RegTel needs to address. If its a premium service, the short code should always be shown in the message and not the long code.

If you ring O2 they should be able to tell what service provider the number belongs too and how to unsubscribe.
