Within two days I have found two massive spiders at home, one upstairs and one downstairs. My house is only 5 years old. The bigger one was huge, larger than the size of the bottom of a glass tumbler. Anyone have this problem and know what to do about it?

Probably just those black house spiders.Must be good feeding in your house for them to be so big. There no harm as my grandad used to say " They clean the air of Blue Bottles" :D

not much you can do about it except take them outside at least 50ft from the house...I found a few big uns a few months back that I'm almost positive came with some flat pack furniture from Argos.
