Going for €8.80 a kilo in Nutgrove shopping center, in the butchers on the right hand side in through the main entrance..now that is a price that cannot be beaten !!

Peking style means marinated in a peking type sauce which is pretty nice..and for €8.80 KG its a real bargain .

Maybe - but why is it marinated?

What is the price or regular sirloin?

My Uncle was a butcher and he says an old trick in the trade is when meat is starting to go a bit off, whack a strong coloured sauce such as sweet & sour or pepper sauce on it that'll cover up the discoloration and the flavour change !
