Parking for Luas in the square

    Was thinking of using the Luas and parking in the square - they have a 3 hour rule - do you know if this in enforced.

    eh ... I thought the car park at the Square was for the patrons of the square, and that park and ride facilities were available for Luas. ... hmmm... maybe I got that wrong.

    The only park and ride on the red line is at Red Cow.
    Before the Luas started there was no problem with parking all day at the Square, the multi-story was hardly ever more than half full. With the Luas they would have to actively stop commuter parking otherwise a huge amount of space would be taken up with Luas users.
