Company Setup - using home address as registered address

    Hi,

I am starting up a company and I would like to know if there are any implications for using my home address as the registered address and also as the place of business. By this I mean will I have to pay a larger bin tax, corporation tax or will i have to take out a different home insurance policy etc

Its a software company and it won't be used for client meetings etc. nor will I be using any equipment that I don't already own.

Also I am currently in employment and I don't plan on quitting my job until I have enough money in the bank to keep me going for a year, is this legal? I will be a company director and secretary of the new company.

    thanks in advance.
