Do you have Virtual Daemon manager or Alcohol 120% installed?

Uninstall the secondary IDE channel, and restart the computer.
It'll redetect the existing drives upon restart.
Either that, or there's some program installed to show a virtual drive*.

*edit - like NotMe suggested.

Alcohol 120% yeah I have that, I actually tought is was that myself, I told the guy I got it off that I had a extra ROM drive and asked him would it be the Alcohol 120%, he said ah no :rolleyes:.
