Does anyone know the url of the site (if it even exists any more) that used to let you look at a scrollable, zoomable map of Ireland in the form of aerial photos? Maybe it was Dublin only, but it used to let you zoom right in on your own house with pretty good levels of detail.

    Any ideas?

The same service is available via http://www.dto.ie (The Journey Planner) and http://www.myhome.ie

The DTO Journey Planner is great.
Just keep zooming in to eventually get to the aerial photos.
I believe it is Dublin only though I think you can access other areas with MyHome.ie. Not sure if the non-Dublin areas have photos or just maps.

There are other city areas outside Dublin which have satellite views,
but not the whole country. The rest of the country has good maps though.

Terraserver.microsoft.com used to be worldwide but seems to be only the states now :(

check out nasa's website for ariel views of Ireland. I've gotten some good pics there before. They're not detailed enough to see houses and the like though (if you need that level of detail).

not quite your house, but down to street name level!

http://www.multimap.co.uk is very good, yes, even for ireland
http://www.map-ireland.com/route/map.asp is a poor second choice
