    run in terror.

    this thing churns more than a 14th century windmill, goddamn is it slow.
    table rendering: ouch.
    for some reason it layered cells.
    how the **** can it do that? turning a 2d table into some sort of vrml world? no thanks.

    you can actually make a cup of tea while it renders a simple directory listing on anything below a p3.

    preview release? lets hope it never gets any further.

    Yup, never bother with Nutscrape myself, IE5 does the job nicely enough.

    if the MS haters and the US gov get their way, we may well be forced to use it, i can see them laying down a new law, that if you install IE you MUST install NS, or some other rank stupidity

    Ya, I've been using a preview release of Netscape for a couple of months. It's Pants. But it's a preview release. Don't cast judgement until the final release is out.
