Are we going to have a meeting after the UL intervarsity to arrange a few things?

The rules need to be oked by everyone (if you have problems/suggestions with any rules contact me before limerick).

And each club should bring email and phone number contacts for two or three people who will be running the club in september.

Also i don't remember what was put down in the consitution but are we electing a new secretary, chairperson .... to organise things next year? While these things can be worked out over the summer it might be a good idea work out who is going to do what before hand.

As ever, Aryzel has a point.
It'll make it much handier for all involved if we sorted stuff out now and saved ourselves the hardship of doin it in september and october when we'll have god knows how many other things to be doin on top of it, with tryin to get the clubs set up for another year and and all and fightin to get yourself a training time from the feckin college sports unit.
Ireckon a meeting would be a good idea.

also next year will be start of a big change over in people. a lot of people who have been building things up for the last few years will either be gone or on years grace, which means there is no telling how much they will be around.

So a clean change over in limerick would be better than a scramble at the first intervarsity.

If anyone has remaining suggestion/objections to the suggested league rules, or anything else they want discussed at limerick, please get them to me before thursday.

The latest version of the rules are up in the League Rules thread

Kieran Ranking from UCD has raised the issue of defering the years grace.

Should people be allowed to defer their years grace by one year. (remember it can only be defered by a single season)?

Think about it in advance so the meeting can go quicker.

Also, Ewan you might want to arrange a room or something for a meeting, although the hall might do if no one is using it after us.

The issue of whether to have a years grace at all, has also been raised and will be decided on at UL also.
