    I'm interested in ordering a DFI LanParty UT nF4 SLI-D mobo for a mate, but there's just one thing- I don't see any COM or Parallel I/O ports on it. Can someone confirm this for me? It's just, he has a parallel printer and an external serial modem he'd like to use.

    I think from this image, you can be pretty sure it has neither.

    That's what I figured alright. I find it strange that they leave those two particular features out of such a great board.

    I have it. No parallel or serial port. But there is a COM pinout on the board itself. SO you can connect a serial port to it.

    Parrellel and serial... old and dated :D

    You can always get USB adapters for them if you must.....
