I ve decided on my first tattoo, 5 band of white ink, half between my wrist and elbow with increasing thickness as it goes towards my elbow, I ve heard alot about zulu, but zulu was recommended more for black and gery work according to the website, so i was wondering if there was anywhere in dublin that kinda specialised in white ink

I'd say go into a studio and ask, they will refer you to the best place to have it done if you ask them for an honest opinion. In my experience there are a core of artists there who promote the best at what they do and are honest about who will do the best job for you.

Not Celestial Ring anyway - I was in there once enquiring about getting work done in white and yer one behind the counter had never heard of such a thing! She was like "What? White? That wouldn't work!" I felt like telling her to go read a tattoo magazine every once in a while, but I just left (and still don't have any white work).
In fairness she could have been one of their piercers, but it's hardly encouraging to see people working in a tattoo place be so poorly informed.

If you're willing to spend €25 on the bus trip, Helen in Skullduggery Tatu in Belfast has done some amazing white stuff. Even though I live in Dublin, all my tattoos are by her - you're going to have it for the rest of your life, it's worth putting in the time and money to get it done by someone you're 100% comfortable with.

That'd be Debbie in the Abbey Street CR and she wont be the one as she has a white tattoo between her eyes.

In fact now that I think of it j0e she might be the one to ask about whitework.

Debbie is the girl that worked in Snakebite, she is a dark haired American gothic style chick. She is now in the new Celestial Ring on Abbey Street.

Do you remember a studio on Abbey St. called Skin Grafix? Well that is now a branch of Celestial Ring.
I dunno if it is upper or lower, in any case it is the same side as Snakebite just further down the street, sorry I dont have the address I pass it regularly and it is one of those things that with familiarity you dont bother to check addresses. You should find it with the above instructions though, it is just before the junction with Capel Street.
