look for PDFCreator on the web - freebie - allows you to print from application to PDF Printer which creates PDF document for you

if you aren't using windows there are other options

I use www.jawspdf.com - it's cheap enough and very good.

That PDFCreator is the business. I've been looking for something to print directly to PDF since Adobe removed the PDF Writer from the Acrobat 6.0 suite :mad:
