Am doing a web Site program, and want to put in a few Java Scripts, ie a java dropdown menu. Its a Online computer Shop. Anyone know where i could get some handy free scripts to use?

are you looking for javascript? Or java applets?

Confusingly, they're totally different things. Gosh pointed you at applets. A quick google for free javascript menus will find you lots of copy and pasteable javascript.

For an online store I would recommend not using applets as they require an installed JRE, which would reduce the number of customers that can view the site.
