Eircom Modem Problem

I am having a problem with my modem. Everything i turn it on, the lights come on but no internet but if i try it a second time it works :confused: I was wondering if anyone has encountered the same problem or has a solution to it.

Why would you turn it off? i would sugget leaving it on all the time - that could solve your problem............
