This film is one of the most critically hated fims ever but I though it was seriously out there, funny and entertaining.
Its the same case with Zoolander, Supertroopers and a few other fims. The quotability of these films is huge. They really take a certain type and critics arent that type.

So **** the critics and show your appreciation.

my god , ive never laughed as much as i laughed at freddy got fingered. Maybe just my type of humour, as some people i know hate it. Same with Zoolander etc.

I'm the same, I have Freddy Got Fingered on DVD and I keep watching it, its f00king brilliant!

I don't like Tom Green, but Freddy Got Fingered is a real laugh-a-minute film, like when his mate falls off the skateboard (funny enough), then the father throws the skateboard onto the wound!
Also don't forget the whole "JAPAN-4" thing!

I've watched some bad films and enjoyed them. I've watched some terrible films while drunk and found them entertaining. I watched freddie got fingered whilst locked and found it to be the biggest waste of time in my life. One of the worst films I've ever seen. Myself and my friends kept asking each other if it was meant to be funny.

I agree....I did not find a single thing even a tiny bit funny. It is nothing like zoolander.

Brilliant movie, the shower scene where he was in his Dad's scuba gear had me in stitches.

Freddy got Fingered is ridiculous. Its not funny at all. Not FUNNY at all, it should also not be compared to Zoolander ever. Thats comedy. Freddy got Fingered is just tom green being a sap for two hours. If I ever see that clown in the street he is DEAD.

Freddy got Fingered is possibly one of the worst movies that has ever been made, there is no doubt in my mind I could write a better script for it. I would place money on that bet and my money I would the lives of anyone who thinks that movie is funny.
Its a win-win situation.

Now Zoolander, is very good and its going to get quite popular with tv showings I believe. Stiller's best work I think.

I like freddy got fingered. You guys are looking at it wrong. Tom Green Intentionally made it as OTT as he could, just because he could. It's supposed to be bad.

But it's not bad. It's pure unadulterated mouldy ****e. I've seen bad films made intentionally bad such as Leprauchan 4: in space and have enjoyed them for what they are. Freddy got Fingered has absolutely no merit what so ever. I'm off to sue Tom Green for 90 mins he wasted and will never get back.

I thought Freddie Got Fingered was hilarious. Its just brilliant - lent it to a few people thought that absolutely hated it!
Definitely don't think its like Zoolander, which I thought was brutal. I usually love Ben Stiller, but this film was the pits...

That pretty much sums it up for me. Was watching it after motd one night with a few mates and we couldn't believe he got financing to film **** like that. Just shows that some people will laugh at anything.

it was crap... total and utter rubbish, I would have enjoyed watching paint dry more, it wasn't funny and a little offensive at times too, and I'm not easily offended....

Anyway, we definetly need a thread where we can come to discuss, quote and praise this misunderstood comedy classic.
