I'm looking for something to stream avi and mp3's to the TV. Found this from Pinnicle http://www.pinnaclesys.com/ProductPage_n.asp?Product_ID=1491&Langue_ID=2 Will do the job, wireless support is a big plus, the price is a bit steep, between €250 - €300 for it.
Does anybody know of a cheaper alternative, or if someone owns one these are they any use?

Most PCs have tv-out capabilities so you get a composite video cable and a headphone socket to 2x composite audio. Should set you back the bones of €10. Mind you , you need your PC to be in the vicinity of your TV.

Thanks for that RE*AC*TOR, unfortunately TV out isn't an option as the TV is downstairs.

You could try one of those TV video sender things in Argos (99 Eurons) in conjunction with the TV-out of the PC (if it has one).

You plug the receiver into the TV itself. Not ideal, but it would work.
