    Club Milk Nutritional Information

    Typical nutritional values per 100g

    Energy 2128kj
    Protein 5.1g
    Carbohydrate 60.9g
    (of which sugars 40.4g
    Fat 27.2g
    (of which saturates) 16.9g
    Dietary Fibre 2.1g
    Sodium 0.3g


    I presume a bar would be around 25grams, they are small aren't they. So maybe around 6 grams of fat per bar?

    In any case, if you are on some kind of diet, Dark chocolate is the best! Hope this was helpful.
