Okey dokey, mu uncles pc (xp pro) has automatic updates turned on, which it does grand. After doing a certain update (not sure which one) it rebooted as normal then when my uncle tried to logon (he doesn't have a pword) it came up with the following crap

    Logon Message
System cannot log you on due to the following error: the program issued a command but the command length is incorrect.

And he cant logon. If he goes into safe mode or last known configuration it works fine but the update will install again and after reboot the same sh!te happens. I think he tried disabling automatic updates as well

    HELP!!!
