    You'd need a graphics card with TV Out (commonly known as All-in-one cards).

    You need a graphics card with a TV In or a TV card.

    Actually, you need a video card with TV in, usually any VIVO card, or else a usb capture device or TV card addon!

    Well, for free you'd want to be setting a tripod up in front of your TV!

    For cheap though, you should get one of those cards on Ebay, I'd say they're about €40..?
