New Netscape 8 Browser - Which Is Now the Best?

The new NETSCAPE BETA 8 now released by AOL raises the question Which is the Best Browser now available? I have always preferred the look and feel of Netscape and find Netscape 7 pretty good but some sites won't work in it. Internet Explorer has been rammed down the throat of Irish users to the extent that many of them don't even know there is any alternative. For me, IE's main drawback - apart from its Microsoft Imperialist origins - is its lack of the "personal toolbars" facility for bookmarking fequently accessed sites and the inability of users to properly set up and edit the file structure of bookmarks or "favorites" to use the Microsoft Idiotspeak in IE. I installed Mozilla Firefox a few months ago and liked it BUT everytime I try to download an Adobe Acrobat pdf file the browser freezes. That's too serious a problem to live with so I have - for now anyway - given up on Firefox. Apparently the new Netscape 8 - still only available in beta form - uses the same Mozilla engine as Firefox but am afraid that if I download Netscape 8 it may overwrite my satisfactorily functioning Netscape 7 and perhaps fail to handle pdfs like Firefox. Any suggestions?

I tried Netscape 8, it's ****e. The standard Firefox browser is much better.

I don't think it will overwrite Netscape 7.
