Buying a laptop

    Im going to purchase a laptop in the near future and i have looked though the irish sites list here and nothing seems to match the specs i got off rockdirect.com for an Xtreme Ti.

    What i wanna know is there any where esle i could get these specs (or at least near to them) for a better deal?

    Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz
    Windows XP Home
    512Mb DDR2 533 RAM
    60Gb (7200rpm) HDD
    17” WSXGA+ X-Glass TFT Screen (1680 x 1050 Res)
    PCI Xpress 256Mb ATI Mobility Radeon X800 Graphics
    High Performance DDR2 RAM 533MHz
    8 x DVD Dual Layer (+/-) Writer

    Total Cost with delivery and VAT= 2,506 yoyos

    And since their in England it will be a pain in the "lower back area" waiting for it. any suggestions are welcome.

    Very similar spec on www.alienware.ie for €2,354 excl delivery. Cheaper and probably a better option if something goes wrong!
