Anyone got a contact name for NTL Broadband

NTL customer support are proving to be as helpful as usual. Can anyone give me a contact name for someone in NTL who prioritises rollout of Broadband to residential estates. NTL broadband is available in residential estates I look out on to from my window but not mine, even though my estate is newer and has newer cabling.

You should ask some of the neibours if they got the leaflet from them. Usually when they roll it out in an area they send out leaflets to all the houses in the area.
