Was searching everywhere on net for some info on this seemingly extinct brand of snacks/crisps.

I think they are made by King, who don't even have a website.

    Can't find them anywhere.

They come in a red packet, are hot dog flavoured, in crazy shapes like stalagmites or stalactites.

Where could I find these as I would murder a 24 packet box of them in a heart beat??

    @tovalee
They are similar to the Nik Naks on that page.

    It says on that page:
Back by popular demand! Scampi n Lemon Nik Naks made a welcomed return last year after 1000’s of requests to reinstate this old favourite!

I wonder if the same could be done to get Crunchos back on the scene?.

I remember these they used to sell them in my school tuck shop but I doubt they still do. I was totally addicted to them and their "hot dog" flavour. Now I really want a pack!

yeah they were a school tuck shop favourite in my area too. until a cruncho was thrown in anger during a food fight. the place was a mess of limbs, blood and hot dog flavoured corn snacks.

i miss the french fries crisps more though. found a shop that sells them, then they ran out and haven't had them since.

also, nik naks are the king of crisp-snack things.

The only place your going to find crunchos (if they still make them) is in a wholesale place like musgraves or a value-centre..

Just the other day I got hungry thinking about them. I hate some regular tayto until I was full, but still they could just not satisfy me.....

    I want crunchos again! :(

well guys, i had this craving a couple months ago... and i actually posted it on here... i took it upon myself to email kings, and they replied saying they do not make them anymore... so unless a petition starts.... we're all crunchoed out...
nik naks are nice but they not as crunchy as crunchos.... mmmmm

I loved cruncho's. The only place that i knew had them was the local pub, whenever they got a box of them, they'd be gone in one night :)

Cheetos and Flaming Hot Cheetos were my favorites when I lived in the States. I'm assuming these "Crunchos" are a version of them. I was actually thinking of opening an American food shop over here as you just can't find American style junk food anywhere. Hostess cakes, Fritos, Funyuns....oh the memories.

I could tell you what a twinkie was. or a debbie cake. or a mr.goodbar. or a pop tart. but what the **** is a cruncho?
