As I have had no responce I will assume I can carry on here to outline my forthcoming project.

I received a Digital Graphics Tablet for Christmas (the Nisis Easypen 63), which I haven't got round to trying out yet. I allready have Adobe Illustrator CS installed on my PC, which I also haven't used yet, having just bought the Manual off 'ebay' to teach myself how to use it. So I thought up this project in order to put them to good use.

I have a collection of old maps and the idea of re-drawing them to a larger scale and in colour appeals to me as a first-class project to try them out with.

Has anyone else been down this road before :) or is anyone even mildly interested in the outcome.
