RAM is a chip inside the computer that's like a temporary memory for the stuff that the PC is using RIGHT NOW. Uninstalling programs frees up space on your HARD DISK - that's long term storage.

I'm suggesting that, for the sake of the health of your PC, you get somebody to do it for you. Well worth your while.

Installing RAM is a very quick job but you really should get someone to do it for you, and make sure who ever installs it is STATIC free
