Predistrean Crossing/Traffic Lights/and other Tramore Shizzle

Hey, Just curious, in Tramore up beside the Spar Shop the council put up a Predistrean Crossing with the "Beaken" light thingys but there not even on? Hey,

Just curious, in Tramore up beside the Spar Shop the council put up a Predistrean Crossing with the "Beaken" light thingys but there not even on? There up a while but why put them up if there not going to be turned on?! Any idea why this is?

Also, the traffic lights up by the Holy Cross Primary School (along the new road) are not on either. And the ones down on the Tramore Road (before the esso station) the Camera on top - speed camera im guessing yes?

If someone knows something about this lemme know - im interested to know whats the story!
