C# Book for C++ programmer

    Hey all

    Need to learn C# and .NET (specifically Windows Forms). The thing is I know C++ very well so I don't need a Timmy's-First-Programming-Language style book to introduce the idea of variables, for-loops, variables etc.

    Anyone recommend a good C# book for people who already know how to program. The O'Reilly "Nutshell" series of books seem good at no waffle introductions but they are very short on best practices and examples using the features unique to C#
