Virtual F1 Championship

    Hey everyone!!

How you all doin'? I just wanted to mention a FAAAAAAAAANTASTIC (as Murray Walker would say) virtual F1 championship that goes in a net cafe in Galway. Each race of the championship takes place on the same day as the actual real-life race and there are class prizes for the winner! They have a massive set of high-spec computers all with high quality Force feedback wheels (Microsoft Sidewinder and Thrustmaster Ferrari F1).

I did a few races in this championship last year but had to go away and couldn't complete the championship. I can't compete this year either but I'd highly recommend it to anyone that's into F1 or racing sims. Don't worry if you're not too good either, the grid is made up of both people who want to go for the win and people who are just there to have fun doing something they enjoy.

Check out my friend's site on www.v-f1.com for some more info on what the story is and how you can enter. Spread the word!
