good quality TV-Tuner with good connectivity and compatibility?

    Hi,

    I'm looking for a tv tuner that supports both PAL and NTSC(I think there 2 version 2.43 and 2.54 or something)

    also want it to be able to connect RF cables and S-video(want it to support NTSC and PAL)

    and if it has PVR, to have a capability to turn it on/off

    and of course it would be great it if has pretty good video quality too

    so far I have found

    Hauppauge WinTV Theater, I don't know about it's video quality but I know it can connect RF and S-Video(through it's adaptor cable), don't know if it supports both PAL and NTSC

    can you guys please recommend a TV Tuner? and if anyone here owns Hauppauge WinTV Theater, does it support both NTSC and PAL and who is it's video quality?
