C4 reaffirms commitment to Big Brother

It seems that C4 are still planning for BB6, and it looks like they still want BB to be on air as long as it stays sucessful after the massive BB5!

However, thank god there's no plans for a never-ending series like Germany!

The German's never ending series is totally ridiculous. Its gonna be like a reality soap where people will live in a village and have jobs and get married and have kids.
Kinda reminds me of the film 'The Village'. There will be a prize of £1million given to 1 contestant every year, and 'WHEN' the contestants decide they want to leave, other people will be on stand-by to enter if they still want to.

Actually the more I talk about it, the more I want to see it.

The german series isn't exactly like Big Brother its more like that programme in the UK, where they standed 30 people off the a Scottish island, Castaway it was called. In Germany they get special treats like going to the cinema and concerts.

You do know that Germany's last series of Big Brother lasted for a year right? No? Nobody else did either...record low ratings. They're scraping the bottom of the barrel in Germany - expect U.K. to follow suit soon.
