    ...am I liable for customs, VAT etc??

    It's a Sony PSP that I could get from Norway, but I do'nt know if I will be stung??

    they arent in the EU so its the same as a US import AFAIK

    They however are in the EEA customs free area, it should be treated as if posting from the EU.

    Yes they do, and I also believe they stand "shoulder to shoulder" with the EU on matters of security.
