ClickSilver Problems

    I've been getting upto 20% packets loss today on clicksilver, connected to Killarney Exchange - (Limerick BAS), anybody else having the same problem. No patience to hold on UTV Support line.

    Welcome to the club. Email carl@u.tv if your not getting any support (make it clear in your email your problem, and why you didnt get support from the Tech Team etc.). Otherwise make a complaint to management@u.tv - what i had to do to get noticed.
