    Hi,

Any fans on these boards of this amazing Canadian roots/rock singer?

I saw her in the Shelter a couple of years back when she was touring the critically acclaimed debut 'Failer'.

Shes playing in-store in Tower Records on Tues 8th March at 6.30pm to promote her 2nd album 'Back to Me'.

It's getting solid reviews and could well give her even more success.
    Definatley one to watch.
Some of you may have seen her support Josh Ritter before Christmas.
She's already announced a few gigs around Ireland in Aprils - playing Whelans in Dublin (€15 a ticket for a great gig!).

Ok.. you get the message... I'm just in awe of this talent.
Failer is one of the best albums I've ever heard, and she's my favourite female singer (Ryan Adams being my fav male).

Worth a look if you've nowt else planned next Tues ;)

hope u can make it jmc... she's fantastic live.
She did a CD/DVD called "Live at the Bowery Ballroom" which has DVDs for Six O'Clock News and One more song the radio wont like.
Also includes live performances of Hockey Skates, National Steel and agreat cover (AC/DC!!) of Money Talks.

forgot to mention that the new album, Back To Me, is out in Ireland this Friday March 4th, and is being released by Independent Records ( they who look after a certain Mr Ritter).
