Once I take a picture using the Print Scrn button, how do I then access it? I mean, in what folder can I find it?

It will be copied to the clipboard.. You can then paste it into any image editing application such as paint/photoshop/etc.
FYI, Control+Print Screen copies the entire display, whereas Alt+Print Screen copies the active window only.

Open your application (Word, PSP, Photoshop what ever you like) then paste it

It is stored in the cash (can't remember how to spell that :o )

You can also paste it into MS Word or even Wordpad!
