Switching Providers And Fee's/Charges

Is it possible to switch dsl providers without incurring a disconnect fee from the current isp , then a reconnect from the new one, both of which are eircom resellers anyhow ? (assuming current dsl contract was about to expire on the current one)

It depends but it's probably in the contract. Which ISP are you with anyway?
