I'll be hosting a BJJ workshop with John Kavanagh next Tuesday (8th March ) in the University of Limerick. Start time is 7.00pm in the Old sports building, the cost is €20 and all are very welcome!

Anybody who's in the Limerick area should try and make this seminar. JK will definitely improve your game!

Going to give it my best shot to be there. Went to the last one Tim hosted and the UL guys a re a good bunch, not to mention that you get to learn some quality jitz!
