SATA faster for windows?

    Hi guys,

I have a SATA drive, which I got recently to ease the burden on my original EIDE drive. What I have been wondering is this, both drives are the same speed in terms of RPM (7200), but the SATA bus is better than EIDE, so should I install windows onto the SATA? Will I notice increased performance?

Also, if I have to do this, I don't want to have to do a full reinstall and lose all my settings and installed programs etc. So, if I use Norton Ghost to do a complete image of the C: drive, how do I set up the mbr or boot block of the hard drive to start booting from the SATA?
