The quick & easy way of doing it would be to create a batch file which calls your browser (with the full POST url as a parameter) 4000 times.

The other way would be to use a HTTP bomber/brute-forcer.

Like the person above me, I'd be happy to provide you with an actual solution as opposed to a suggestion as long I vaguely agree with what you're trying to bomb.
