Logo help

Zounds

Hi, I'm working on a website for a local FG councillor and i need this logo:

put onto the left hand side of this background:

i've tried doing it myself but i haven't been able to pull it off, i either don't get rid of all the green or the writing ends up looking skeletal.

yah, you're right that does look better, but the all green is what they use so....
