Intermittent access problems with US sites..

I dunno if this is a UTV Clicksilver problem or something bigger, but today several times there seemed to be no traffic from sites based in the USA. Mike.

I was having trouble over the past few days, try using the proxy 194.46.8.9 using port 8080.
